We offer pet-friendly rooms in the hotel’s historic annex. Built in 1851, this annex has had various functions throughout the years, including serving as an officers’ mess hall. In 1913 it was converted into a hotel annex and today it has seven attractive guest rooms.
If you wish, we can lend you food and water bowls for your pet. In the reception, you can ask for dog poop bags.
In the immediate vicinity of the hotel, you will find many pleasant places to walk, which both dogs and dog owners will appreciate. A great urban walk is to stroll along Sjøgata, a historic street lined with beautiful 19th-century wooden houses, the largest such concentration in Northern Norway. We also recommend a longer walk along the Vefsna river, along a path that, amongst other things, enjoys a view of Sjøgata.
We request a pet supplement of NOK 200 per night. Guide dogs, however, are allowed to stay free of charge.
